Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic Vice President (VP) to lead and expand our Data and AI Practice. This critical role involves P&L management, driving business development, cultivating client relationships, architecting innovative solutions, and providing thought leadership within the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess immediate client credibility, a strong network of industry contacts, and a deep understanding of current analytics and digital trends. A proven track record of delivering high-quality work and building trust-based relationships with C-suite executives at major healthcare providers is essential. Experience with payers and other healthcare sectors is also highly valued. Anticipating significant growth, the new VP will leverage the firm's existing data and analytics capabilities to serve a broader client base and diverse market segments. This leader will enhance our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new data products and analytics solutions, actively managing development, delivery, securing new accounts, and expanding existing business. Identifying and building assets and accelerators for sales and delivery will be key. Essential skills include a strong understanding of the Epic Analytics Ecosystem, Azure Cloud technologies, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics applications, with the ability to articulate the value of data-led transformation programs to clients. This highly visible role requires strategic input into the firm's future direction and governance, aligning with our core philosophy of extreme focus on quality, client satisfaction, and a positive culture. This is a significant opportunity for a talented healthcare consultant to shape the strategic development and growth of the Analytics Practice.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Lead business development efforts to achieve $10M+ in annual sales. Develop and manage nationwide client relationships.
  • Delivery: Oversee the analytics team to ensure the quality and value of client services.
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with leadership to define market strategy and future direction for the Data and AI Practice.
  • Developing IP & Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, grow the practice, create asset-based solutions, and develop thought leadership. Engage in industry conferences and speaking opportunities to enhance firm and personal reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting and/or healthcare analytics, serving providers (health systems, academic medical centers, and hospitals).
  • Proficiency with cloud technologies, statistical and machine learning techniques, analytical programming languages, libraries, and BI tools.
  • Natural leadership abilities, executive credibility, and ability to build client trust quickly.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, project management, problem-solving, and influencing.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $215,000 to $330,000 annually. This position may also be eligible for a commission or annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may be available. This range considers skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
