  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by sharing lessons learned and best practices across projects.
  • Traveling, as necessary, to client sites to perform required tasks.
  • Interacting with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in both one-on-one and group settings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic implementations or optimization initiatives, preferably with Ancillary modules (Radiant, Cupid, OpTime/Anesthesia, Willow, Beaker, Beacon, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating healthcare IT projects, including timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Systems and participation in at least one Epic implementation or major upgrade.
  • Epic certification in an Ancillary module is required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience supporting Epic implementations or healthcare IT projects.
  • Current or prior Epic certification required.

Skills and Competencies
