About the Role

The Associate Scientist, Molecular Profiling will work in a fast-paced team alongside experienced scientists, interfacing with multidisciplinary experts in immunology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics. The role emphasizes high throughput profiling using techniques such as flow cytometry, bulk RNA-seq, and single cell multiomics.

Responsibilities

• Support molecular profiling using NGS library preparation, bulk RNAseq, and single cell genomics.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic records of experiments.
• Document and assist with interpreting experimental data.
• Plan project requirements and timelines with supervisors.
• Operate automated laboratory equipment and manage reagent stocks.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and collaborate with lab, computational biology, and software teams.

Requirements

• BS degree in Biology or related field.
• 1-2 years of research laboratory experience, preferably on independent projects.
• Familiarity with molecular biology techniques including single cell genomics and NGS library preparation.
• Experience with tissue sample handling and, preferably, spatial transcriptomic/proteomic workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

What We Offer

This role provides competitive compensation (typically between $85,000 and $95,000 with potential for higher based on experience), an on-site work environment in NYC, and the opportunity to contribute to breakthrough medicines.
