Inside Sales Manager - New Customer Business

About the Role

This role is all about pure new customer acquisition. It's not traditional account management or long-term customer support. Your job is to identify contacts → approach them → persuade them → close the deal → hand over to Customer Success.

  • Identify customer contacts and make them aware of our portfolio.
  • Schedule and conduct digital product demonstrations.
  • Conceive and negotiate offers.
  • Close new customer contracts and hand them over to Customer Success.

A Typical Day Involves:

  • 60–70 calls per day
  • 5 offers daily
  • 3–4 closings per day (target)
  • Focus on high pace and short sales cycles

You will work with:

  • Cold contacts
  • Reactivated existing customers
  • Former customers
  • Inbound inquiries

What You'll Work With:

  • CRM (Salesforce)
  • Clearly defined sales funnel
  • Digital product presentations
  • Standardized offer and closing processes

How You'll Be Measured:

  • Number of calls made
  • Number of offers
  • Closings per month (Target: 40–50 new customers)
  • Net revenue in your portfolio

Qualifications

What You Should Bring:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of digital, complex products.
  • Proven experience in cold calling / outbound sales.
  • Demonstrable closing responsibility (not just lead setting).
  • Experience with KPI-driven work.
  • Ability to work consistently at high volume.

If you have primarily managed existing customers or are looking for a quiet sales position, this role is not for you.
