Role Overview
As a Senior UX Designer at ImmoScout24, you will work at the intersection of design, product and engineering. You will simplify complex workflows, lead design initiatives for web and mobile, and shape the future of our flagship consumer platform in Germany's €20B real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign high-impact, business-critical workflows using JTBD and heuristic evaluation.
- Design for search, listings, transactions, and new verticals.
- Drive UX excellence and align design with business strategy.
- Shape and influence the product's design system, COSMA.
- Collaborate with leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Advocate for accessibility, scalability, and visually appealing design.
- Integrate AI tools into your design workflow.
What You Need To Succeed
- 5–7+ years of experience in designing digital products across platforms.
- A portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction, and measurable business impact.
- Strong presentation skills with proven stakeholder persuasion.
- Experience with discovery practices and design sprints.
- Expertise in Figma and robust design system development.
- Interest or experience in real estate workflows is a plus.
- Ability to integrate AI tools responsibly into design processes.
