About the Professional to Senior Visual Designer Role

We are looking for a Professional to Senior Visual Designer to join our Creative Studio team as a parental leave cover for approximately 12 months, starting around April (earlier start possible). This role sits at the intersection of brand, corporate communication, and high-impact stakeholder work. You will be responsible for translating our brand and strategic initiatives into excellent, business-ready design outputs — especially in B2B, corporate, and event-driven contexts. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization and become a trusted design partner for high-visibility initiatives such as leadership presentations, company-wide events, trade fairs, and external communications.

How Your Role Will Look Like

• Creating high-end PowerPoint presentations for leadership, board-level communication, Townhalls, conferences, and external B2B audiences.
• Designing within a corporate & B2B environment: Including internal communications, executive decks, employer branding, and corporate storytelling.
• Event, trade fair & exhibition design: Visual concepts and assets for events, trade fairs, booths, and brand experiences.
• Creation and maintenance of templates (PowerPoint, Figma, Canva) that enable teams while protecting brand quality.
• Cross-channel design execution: From digital assets to print materials (editorials, posters, signage, brochures, large-format prints).
• Brand & CI consistency: Applying and evolving corporate identity guidelines across all touchpoints with a strong sense for quality and detail.
• Stakeholder management & consultation: Acting as a confident design partner: clarifying briefs, advising on best formats, pushing back constructively when needed.
• AI-supported creative workflows: Using AI tools for text-to-image, text-to-video, ideation, and acceleration of creative processes - with a critical, quality-driven mindset.

What You Need To Succeed

• Several years of experience as a Visual Designer, ideally in an in-house brand team, agency, or corporate environment.
• Outstanding presentation/slide creation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid experience in print production and working with external suppliers.
• A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in events and corporate design.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Clear, proactive, and solution-oriented communication style.
• Openness to AI tools and emerging creative technologies.
• Willingness to work onsite in Berlin at least 3 days per week.
• You know how to turn complex content into clear, confident, and visually compelling narratives.
• Experience with 3D tools or spatial thinking is a strong plus.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
