We digitalize living from apartment search, through rental agreement, to damage reports and moving out. Immomio is the largest PropTech in the German housing industry. Our group's customers manage over 2 million rental units, including some of Germany's largest landlords.
About the Role
For our Sales-Team, we are looking for a Sales Manager B2B who is passionate about active sales, real closures, and long-term customer relationships. You will independently acquire new clients, conduct presentations, and guide housing companies securely from initial contact to contract signing.
Your Responsibilities
- Active acquisition and winning of new clients from the housing industry.
- Initial telephone and written contact, as well as appointment scheduling.
- Presenting our products to potential clients both on-site and in online demos.
- Confident negotiation at eye level with team leaders, managing directors, and board members.
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle from acquisition to closing.
- Structured handover of acquired clients to Project and Key Account Management.
- Diligent maintenance of all activities, deals, and forecasts in the CRM (HubSpot).
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in software or SaaS environments.
- Enjoyment of active acquisition and true closing responsibility.
- Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style.
- Sociability and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Enthusiasm for presentations to small and large client groups.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client appointments and participate in events.
- Persuasiveness, creativity, negotiation skills, and genuine passion for selling.
- Very good communication skills in German; English language skills are a plus.
