Cyber Security Consultant
Immersive is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Consultant to join our Cyber Resilience team in the UAE. This is a unique opportunity to become a long-term, embedded partner with key customers, helping them maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform and achieve their cyber resilience goals. Unlike transactional consulting roles, you will work continuously with clients, leveraging your industry and operational experience to simplify the drive for cyber resilience. Your primary focus will be customer success, adapting to situations, and utilizing the Immersive One platform to its fullest potential. You will be a trusted advisor, interacting with all levels of the customer's organization, from C-suite to individual contributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with key customers to understand and achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
- Engage C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major lines of business through delivering routine Executive Business Reviews.
- Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to recommend appropriate improvements to current programs and suggest new programs.
- Drive adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive Labs Platform.
- Immerse in the cybersecurity community to stay informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.
- Support customers in operationalizing and incorporating Immersive Labs into their cybersecurity programs sustainably, leveraging platform metrics, custom reports, and insights.
- Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts for service delivery questions.
- Assist in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with the Customer Success Manager (CSM), providing executive-level reports and insights to drive long-term account health and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role.
- Experience working in a Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to consult and present to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development).
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
- Engaging speaker and presenter, able to articulate value and discuss technical concepts in a jargon-free manner.
- Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
- Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science is desirable.
