Role: Cyber Security Consultant

We are seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to join our growing Cyber Resilience team in the UAE. This role involves partnering with key customers to drive business outcomes, maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform, and execute a programmatic approach to Cyber Workforce Resilience.

Unlike traditional, transactional consultancy, this is a long-term and continuous engagement where you are embedded and dedicated to the customer for the duration of the contract. You will provide industry and operational experience, simplifying the drive for cyber resilience by aligning with an organization's cyber strategy. Customer success is your priority; you will ensure they achieve cyber resilience and mature in this space, adapting to situations and utilizing the Immersive One platform to its maximum potential. Their success is your success.

As a trusted, long-term embedded consultant, you will possess comprehensive knowledge across all areas of cyber security. Customers will rely on you for answers, requiring agile, on-the-spot thinking. You will interact with all levels of customer organizations, from C-Suite executives to individual team members, providing support to everyone.

For the right candidate, we are also open to supporting relocation from the United Kingdom to the United Arab Emirates.

Main Responsibilities (Senior Individual Contributor)

• Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
• Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
• Engage C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major lines of business through delivering routine Executive Business Reviews.
• Leverage your cybersecurity knowledge to recommend appropriate improvements to current programs and suggest new programs.
• Drive adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive Labs Platform.
• Immerse yourself in the cybersecurity community to remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies.
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.

Program Management

• Support customers in operationalizing and incorporating Immersive Labs into their cybersecurity programs sustainably, leveraging platform metrics, custom reports, and insights to demonstrate value.
• Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts, including being the first sales team resource for service delivery questions.
• With the Customer Success Manager (CSM), assist in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to customers, providing executive-level reports and insights that help drive long-term account health and expansion opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you have proven experience in the following areas (though experience within Cybersecurity is essential):

• 5+ years of work experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role, as well as time spent working in a Customer Success or similar role.
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including consulting and presenting to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals (computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development).
• Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
• Ability to articulate value and discuss technical concepts in a jargon-free manner, demonstrating engaging speaking and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), public cloud environments, etc.
• Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science is desirable.
