Overview
The Campus Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end campus recruitment process at IMC Trading, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. This role involves coordinating interview logistics, candidate communications, recruitment systems, and supporting recruitment events and university-facing activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling (onsite and virtual) and assessment days.
- Provide personalized support and regular updates to candidates.
- Update and maintain data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist recruiters with administrative tasks, including offer letters.
- Support logistics for recruitment events such as networking sessions and on-site activations.
- Manage event RSVPs, bookings, catering, and materials preparation.
- Coordinate internal logistics including candidate travel and accommodation.
- Assist with merchandise and prize delivery tracking for university events.
- Maintain alignment with the campus team and keep coordination records.
Skills And Experience
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle calendars and logistical tasks efficiently.
- Maintains trust, confidentiality, and discretion at all levels.
