What You’ll Do
- Conduct feature and bug fix testing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Write automated test cases using Reflect.run.
- Develop test plans in collaboration with engineers.
- Manage project ticketing workflow in Jira, including prioritizing and communicating severity.
- Execute and manage automated tests.
- Utilize TestFlight and Play Store for mobile testing.
- Partner with product and customer support teams to triage and prioritize issues.
- Coordinate release readiness across teams.
- Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in mobile application testing.
What You Bring & How You Qualify
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about transforming pediatric healthcare and committed to ensuring every child with complex medical conditions receives the care and support they deserve. This role requires:
- 5+ years of QA engineering experience, including feature and regression testing (web/mobile), automated test development, and Agile release cycles.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously within an Agile framework.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of partnering with engineering, product, UX, and customer support to define test plans, triage issues, and coordinate releases.
- Experience in certifying and managing consistent releases within short release cycles.
- Excellent analytical, detailed, and process-oriented approach to defining test cases and documenting edge cases and dependencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Informed perspective on the value of different testing levels.
- Expert knowledge of project, code, and test management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Github.
- Comfort in debugging web and mobile application failures, triaging tickets, and communicating issues.
- Experience with product/customer support tickets and testing healthcare products; EHR product experience is a plus.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000, an annual bonus, comprehensive company benefits, and eligibility for an employee equity purchase program. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
