Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for managing, organizing, maintaining, and continuously improving Talent Acquisition systems, tools, processes, and associated resources. This role acts as the primary administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leads a high-performing administrative team ensuring operational excellence through process optimization, stakeholder training, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team handling requisition, offer creation, and pre-boarding.
  • Administer ATS and onboarding platforms with optimal configuration.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and vendors for system integrations.
  • Create dashboards and KPIs to assess recruiting efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal hiring regulations.
  • Implement process improvements and technology innovations in recruiting.
  • Develop and deliver training on talent acquisition processes and systems.

Experience & Qualifications

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations and 3 years in a leadership role. Must possess strong expertise in ATS management, data visualization tools, and HR analytics, while also demonstrating excellent communication, leadership, and compliance skills.
