Imagine Your Impact as a National Curriculum Consultant

The National Curriculum Consultant is crucial for achieving aggressive sales goals by developing and delivering compelling sales presentations in competitive environments. This role primarily supports the Sales team, demonstrating unmatched professionalism when presenting to district leaders, both in-person and virtually. Significant travel across the United States (approximately 50%) is required.

This is a regular, full-time remote position, reporting to the National Curriculum Director.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base pay for this role ranges between $77,050.00 and $95,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation can vary based on individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Envision Your Experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create competitive sales presentations for the product suite.
  • Deliver highly effective in-person and virtual sales presentations to current and prospective customers, showcasing extensive curriculum and product knowledge.
  • Develop proposals and deliver presentations at national education conferences, webinars, and internal events.
  • Plan strategically with sales representatives to customize presentations and execute sales strategy.
  • Stay current with educational trends and issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to collective efficacy.
  • Travel throughout the country up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel.

Share Your Expertise

Essential qualifications for success in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Persuasive presentation skills for a variety of audiences, particularly executive leadership, district-level leaders, and professional organizations.
  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, Teams, etc.).
  • Outstanding command of the English language and effective communication across all organizational levels and with external partners.
  • Current and comprehensive knowledge of Imagine Learning's offerings and educational trends, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment requiring flexibility, self-direction, creativity, strategic thinking, and commitment to personal development.
  • Expertise in business software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Ability to travel throughout the country up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel; a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months are required.
