Imagine Your Impact
The Core Curriculum Advisor (CCA) provides engaging in-person and virtual pre-sales presentations across the country specific to our curriculum. The CCA supports the Sales organization by developing and delivering competitive product focused pre-sales presentations and engaging in pre-sales consultation. The CCA is also responsible for all Core pilot support – including presentations, trainings, monitoring and tracking throughout the pilot. The CCA is a critical role as part of our overall sales cycle, and mastery of our core products is essential to success.
Position Information
- Employment Type: Regular, full-time position.
- Reporting To: Director of Curriculum Advisors.
- Compensation: Base pay anticipated between $75,540 and $91,000 per year, plus potential incentive/commission/annual bonus based on performance.
- Location: This is a US-based remote position.
- Travel: Up to approximately 50% travel, potentially increasing to 75% seasonally. A valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record for at least 39 months are required.

Envision Your Experience
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver highly engaging in-person and virtual pre-sales presentations to current and prospective customers to drive revenue.
- Provide subject matter expertise in learning, presenting, and high-quality product consulting for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade in Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies.
- Offer pre-sales support on Imagine Learning Core products.
- Collaborate with Sales to align meeting goals and maximize customer time.
- Identify customer gaps and expectations to adapt presentations accordingly.
- Remain current with educational trends and issues, and how Imagine Learning can respond and solve them.
- Demonstrate deep curriculum knowledge with the ability to pivot on pedagogy and platform.
- Plan and deliver pre-sales presentations at state and national education conferences.
- Successfully adapt to district needs, including curriculum Q&As, creating pre-sales tools, alignments, and professional learning.
- Plan strategically with sales representatives to customize presentations for districts/schools.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel to sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events (including overnight travel).
Share Your Expertise
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, or Business and at least 3 years of sales experience or experience in Education leadership; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching Core curriculum.
- Willingness to travel seasonally up to 75% regionally.
- Excellent presentation skills live and within virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meets).
- Expertise using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of technology-based educational resources (i.e., learning management systems and curriculum platforms).
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn our product suite.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
