About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Corporate Talent Team, supporting Imagen’s significant growth. As a key member of the team, you will be crucial in ensuring our recruiting logistics and operations deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Your efforts will enable Imagen to meet the talent demands of our rapidly expanding client base. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and possesses a genuine passion for people.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and clients to provide a high-touch, quality candidate experience.
- Seamlessly coordinate a high volume of complex interviews across multiple searches.
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal tools with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Continuously improve and build upon our recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, customer service, or HR support role preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing calendars, scheduling complex meetings, or coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clinicians, technologists, business leaders, and external partners.
- High attention to detail with a track record of accurate, organized, and timely task execution.
