Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on HR leadership during transitional periods at field locations.
  • Partner with the HR Director on strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Create scalable HR processes and toolkits to support growth.
  • Develop dashboards and metrics for data-driven decision making.
  • Coach HR Generalists to build a strong future leadership bench.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and best HR practices.

What We Are Looking For

A dynamic HR professional with 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial role, a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, and preferably SHRM-CP or PHR certification. Must have strong Excel and HRIS skills, experience analyzing HR metrics, and willingness to travel 25% of the time. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
