Job Summary
The Director Customer Service Support Implementation Leader is responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of IKS clinical products and solutions with customers, physicians, and clinical staff. The role manages end-to-end implementation, ensuring change management and smooth onboarding.
- Drive implementations of clinical support solutions.
- Program manage onsite implementation and onboarding plans.
- Lead change management and tech enablement activities.
- Coordinate training and establish client relationships.
- Support operational improvements and groom emerging leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall implementation from SOW signing to go-live; prepare teams for smooth roll-out ensuring close coordination between IKS and client stakeholders including physicians and operational leaders. Lead change management including setting up resources, processes, and tech at client sites, reviewing workflows, and deploying standard operating processes. Drive adoption by onboarding clinical champions and coordinating training. Ensure sustainable processes, address operational issues proactively, and support delivery teams with ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area
- Clinical background (NP/PA, RN, MA)
- 10+ years in the US healthcare sector
- Familiarity with EHR workflow, clinical documentation, and medical coding
- Strong customer management skills, especially with physicians and clinical leaders
- Project management and excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed (50%-75% travel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven progressive leadership experience
- Knowledge of Practice Management Systems and EHR functionality
- Experience with fee-for-service and fee-for-value practice models
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range is $125,000 - $150,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and location. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.
