To support the development of its business, IKORY Services Immobiliers is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team of approximately twenty employees.Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:- Managing a portfolio of institutional clients.
- Actively prospecting and acquiring new buyers.
- Participating in property valuations and advising clients on their sales strategy.
- Contributing to marketing efforts and sales strategy.
- Marketing properties and organizing viewings.
- Leading negotiations up to the final signature.
- Ensuring rigorous follow-up of files and client relationships.
- Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, etc.).
- Developing your reputation and becoming a reference in your sector.
Candidate Profile
- Profile with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong results-driven mindset and appetite for challenges.
