About the Role
IKI Assurances is seeking a Partnerships and Lead Acquisition Manager to join their growing team. This strategic role is responsible for developing and optimizing lead generation channels, managing supplier relationships, and driving commercial growth for the company. You will play a key part in the digital insurance and online acquisition sector, working closely with marketing, sales, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture the portfolio of lead generation partners.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with partners.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance KPIs to optimize lead volume and quality.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Prospect and develop new partnerships with comparators, aggregators, specialized sites, influencers, and media.
- Analyze market opportunities and build partnership proposals.

Qualifications and Experience
- Higher education in commerce, marketing, business development, or equivalent (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Proven customer-facing experience.
Technical Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Good understanding of digital and online acquisition marketing.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector and/or digital acquisition is a plus.
