Are You the Right Person If:
- You have a degree in Visual Merchandising, Set Design, or artistic disciplines.
- You have at least 6 months of experience in structured environments (retail, large-scale retail, showrooms, displays, etc.).
- You are very hands-on: you enjoy assembling, moving, fixing, and measuring.
- You can use a hammer, screwdriver, drill, tape measure, and level, and are not afraid of physical work.
- You love design and are familiar with design tools and graphic programs.
- You are passionate about retail and customer experience.
- Availability to work shifts, 5 days a week, 7 days a week, is required.
What You Will Do Every Day:
This is a creative role, but above all operational: you will spend a lot of your time in the departments, among panels, furniture, and various equipment!
- Assemble and set up exhibition spaces (furniture, structures, panels, decorations).
- Take precise measurements and safely use work tools.
- Update and transform store areas to make them inspiring and functional for customers.
- Connect project and practice: design solutions and then realize them concretely in the store.
If you like a job where you think, design... but above all, do, then you could be the next Visual Merchandiser at IKEA.

Joining the IKEA team has many advantages beyond the opportunity to work for a global company! You will be part of an inclusive culture driven by our values, with structured processes. Additionally, you will have access to:
- 15% employee discount on IKEA product purchases.
- Canteen service with a wide selection of products (many of which are organic), allowing you to have a meal for just over €1.

At IKEA, we promote an inclusive work environment where everyone can feel welcome, accepted, respected, recognized for their uniqueness, and we work together in a collaborative climate regardless of age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, family situation, and abilities.
Our selection process may include recorded video interviews, the use of digital platforms, and tests (e.g., logical-mathematical, psychometric).
