Overview

ICF is a leading consulting and technology services provider with a global footprint. The role of Lead Sustainability and Climate Change focuses on expanding our Renewables consulting domain in India, driving energy efficiency initiatives and managing policy implementation processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement energy conservation measures across industries and MSMEs.
  • Manage projects related to PAT scheme and energy audits.
  • Prepare policy documents and conduct rigorous research for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 professionals on project delivery.
  • Engage with external agencies and regulatory authorities.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite for reporting, presentations and analytics.

Skills and Abilities

Candidates should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Engineering and preferably be a Certified Energy Manager/Auditor. Excellent English writing skills and willingness to travel (20-30%) are required.

Experience

Over 10 years of experience in energy efficiency, PAT scheme projects, and technology assessments is required. Experience in national and state level policy implementation in India is preferred.
