About the Guest Relations Agent Role
This role involves delivering a superior check-in and check-out experience for VIP and special guests at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, located in the iconic Wilshire Grand building. Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitating prompt check-ins and check-outs for VIP guests.
- Coordinating delivery of services such as amenities, reservations, and special requests.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure premium room assignments and guest satisfaction.
- Logging guest feedback and escalating issues to management as needed.
- Supporting additional guest services such as assisting with florists, couriers, and more.
Requirements
Applicants need a High School diploma or equivalent with at least one year of guest/customer service experience. Hotel, luxury hotel, or college experience is a plus. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in other languages is preferred. Physical activity such as standing, moving, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds is necessary.
