With unmatched audience reach and diverse, high-impact audio content, iHeartMedia is looking for a Product Manager AI Solutions to lead the development of AI-powered tools and products for internal stakeholders and advertising clients.

What You Will Do

AI Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Define and own the roadmap for AI initiatives to modernize media capabilities and operational efficiencies. Identify opportunities to integrate AI in targeting, creative, analytics, planning, and operations.

Internal AI Enablement: Build scalable AI tools such as AI-assisted campaign planning, audience modeling, performance forecasting, and creative automation. Work with ad ops, planning, and analytics teams to streamline workflows.

Client-Facing AI Innovation: Develop and launch AI-driven products including predictive targeting, AI-generated ad creatives, dynamic creative optimization, and real-time ROI measurement tools. Collaborate with sales and marketing on demos and case studies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate complex AI and data science concepts into actionable product requirements by interfacing with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders using agile methodologies.

Market and Competitive Intelligence: Keep up with AI trends in media, advertising, and martech while identifying differentiation opportunities based on competitive analysis.

What You Will Need

3-5 years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI, data-driven products, or ad tech. A technical background in AI/ML systems and tools, strong understanding of machine learning concepts, and proven ability to work cross-functionally in large organizations. Experience with agile methodologies and delivering internal and client-facing products is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in media, audio, or ad tech industries, familiarity with AI technologies including LLMs, generative AI, recommendation engines, and natural language processing. Knowledge of digital advertising metrics and performance measurement methodologies, along with a background in computer science or data science is a strong plus.
