Role Overview
The Director, Digital Music works directly with the VP of Digital Radio to oversee programming on 200+ streaming stations, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and on brand.
What You'll Do
- Assist in managing audio, music and rotations for diverse formats.
- Execute programming strategies to grow audience and drive revenue.
- Gather and analyze data to inform music decisions.
- Collaborate on station branding, sonic imaging, and visual identity.
- Support music curation and playlisting across various genres.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in medium-to-large market Radio Programming focusing on music strategy.
- 3+ years experience with music scheduling software (GSelector preferred).
- 3+ years with radio audio playout software (S+ and NexGen preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with DSP playlist strategies and audio editing is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate of $30.77 - $38.46. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, 401K, employee assistance and more.
