Position Overview: Account Coordinator
As an Account Coordinator at Katz Media Group (part of iHeartMedia), you will be the operational backbone that supports Account Executives in both the pre-sale and post-sale processes. You will assist in proposal development, order entry, campaign tracking, and reporting. Coordination with internal departments and timely execution of campaigns are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with proposal development and campaign tracking.
- Coordinate with departments such as traffic, production, digital, and promotions.
- Prepare sales materials including presentations, recaps, and client documents using tools like PowerPoint and Salesforce.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile data for client reporting.
- Assist with billing, reconciliation, and meeting deadlines.
What You Need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Location
The hourly rate ranges from $19.78 to $24.73. The location is New York, NY at 125 West 55th Street, 10019.
