The Role

As Product Manager Integrations, you will be responsible for owning and driving the successful integration of casino, sportsbook, and third-party iGaming vendor products into a market-leading PAM platform and its broader ecosystem. This pivotal role involves expanding the product offering by ensuring third-party content and services are seamlessly integrated, scalable, compliant, and commercially optimized. You will lead integration initiatives covering new operator launches, vendor onboarding, regulatory adaptations, and ongoing product and API enhancements. Acting as a crucial link between commercial, engineering, operations, and external partners, you will ensure integrations are delivered efficiently, meet technical and regulatory standards, and unlock measurable value for operators across key regulated markets.

This position requires a strong commercial mindset, a deep understanding of iGaming platform integrations and API ecosystems, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You must be adept at navigating complex technical requirements while balancing speed-to-market, quality, and long-term scalability within a high-volume, multi-jurisdiction environment. As a high-impact role within a multi-award-winning iGaming technology business, your contributions will directly influence revenue growth, operator satisfaction, and the competitive strength of a recognized B2B platform provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Integration & Roadmapping: Define, maintain, and evolve the platform integration roadmap across all gaming verticals (casino, sportsbook, poker, bingo, free-to-play), aligning with the company’s product and commercial strategy. Prioritise integration initiatives based on value, market opportunity, technical dependencies, and partner demand.
• Technical Leadership & API Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, from scoping functional requirements to validating APIs and data contracts. Collaborate with engineering to define API specifications, data formats, error handling, and versioning strategies. Champion best practices for platform architecture, developer experience, and integration lifecycle management.
• Gameplay Lifecycle & Product Knowledge: Maintain deep product knowledge of gameplay mechanics, risk models, bonus engines, and promotional logic across integrated iGaming products. Apply this understanding to anticipate integration impacts on player journeys, wallet flows, bonus treatment, and reporting outputs.
• Cross-Functional Delivery & Third-Party Management: Act as the central coordinator across product, engineering, project delivery, legal, compliance, and vendor teams to manage multiple simultaneous integration projects. Build and maintain clear product plans, timelines, and status dashboards. Proactively surface risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external technology partners and iGaming suppliers. Facilitate requirement workshops, technical onboarding, and regular review meetings to align on delivery expectations. Partner with account management to ensure integrations meet contractual SLAs.
• Compliance, Regulatory & Operational Readiness: Ensure all integrations conform to relevant regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional requirements, including responsible gaming and data protection. Work with legal and compliance to translate requirements into technical criteria. Coordinate go-live readiness, testing, and post-launch support.
• Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track KPIs for integration quality and performance. Analyse partner feedback and platform analytics to identify enhancement opportunities. Drive iterative improvements and structured release cycles to increase stability and feature breadth.
• Team Leadership & Growth: Lead, mentor, and develop product owners as the integration team scales. Advocate for structured product processes, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing. Proactively explore and promote automation, self-serve configuration, and AI capabilities to streamline integration delivery.

Essential Experience & Skills for Product Manager Integrations – iGaming

• iGaming Product Management Experience: Minimum three years of hands-on product management experience specifically within the online gaming, casino, or sports betting industry.
• Technical Platform Integration Expertise: Required experience with iGaming platform integrations including casino game aggregation APIs, payment gateway integrations, and vendor management systems. Practical knowledge of managing relationships with multiple casino game providers (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Playtech) and understanding third-party gaming platform architectures.
• Development Team Leadership: Proven track record leading cross-functional development teams in an agile environment, coordinating sprints, and delivering complex software projects.
• Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-priority projects in dynamic, rapidly-changing business conditions. Strong organisational skills with experience in agile methodologies, project prioritization, and deadline management.
• Stakeholder Management: Expert-level stakeholder management skills across business units, technical development teams, third-party vendors, and external partners. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to product optimisation. Experience using analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
• Detail-Oriented Problem Resolution: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to seeing complex problems through to complete resolution. Systematic approach to troubleshooting, issue tracking, and quality assurance.
• Professional Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding presentation and communication abilities for executive-level stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Experience preparing product roadmaps, business cases, and strategic presentations.
• Analytical & Structured Thinking: Highly analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving, product planning, and process optimisation.
• AI & Machine Learning Technology Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in AI-driven technologies, machine learning applications in gaming, predictive analytics, or personalisation engines within iGaming platforms is a significant advantage.
