Job Description
IFS North America seeks a Regional Account Executive, Process Manufacturing, with a passion for selling enterprise software. The role focuses on generating new revenue from license sales, service sales, and maintenance services within a multi-state territory targeting mid-market companies ($150M - $2B).
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from license, service, and maintenance sales
- Manage a multi-state territory of mid-market companies
- Steer the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Establish and maintain indirect sales channels and partnerships
- Sell directly to C-level decision-makers
What We’re Offering
- Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 plus 100% variable compensation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience (ERP preferred)
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and closing high-dollar transactions
- Ability to navigate multiple buying influences and sell licenses and services together
- Excellent communication skills with C-level prospects
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
- Ability to travel 50-60%
