Job Overview
IFS North America is seeking a Regional Account Executive, focused on selling enterprise software in the West Coast territory. This role emphasizes building a net new client base through lead generation, business analysis, visioning, presentation, project management, negotiation, and closing business deals.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from license, service, and maintenance sales.
- Manage a multi-state territory of mid-market companies ($150M - $2B).
- Steer the complete sales cycle.
- Identify and manage indirect sales channels.
- Sell directly to executive-level decision-makers.
- Leverage business partners for supplementary services.
What We’re Offering
- Salary Range: $135,000-$160,000 plus 100% variable compensation.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience, ERP preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple buying influences and team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
- Willingness to travel 50-60%.
