Job Overview

IFS North America is seeking a Regional Account Executive, focused on selling enterprise software in the West Coast territory. This role emphasizes building a net new client base through lead generation, business analysis, visioning, presentation, project management, negotiation, and closing business deals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from license, service, and maintenance sales.
  • Manage a multi-state territory of mid-market companies ($150M - $2B).
  • Steer the complete sales cycle.
  • Identify and manage indirect sales channels.
  • Sell directly to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Leverage business partners for supplementary services.

  • Salary Range: $135,000-$160,000 plus 100% variable compensation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%.
