The Opportunity

As the Head of Channel Initiatives, you will serve as a force multiplier for the Global Head of Channel. You will optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the channel organization, translating vision into strategic plans and ensuring flawless execution of global initiatives.

Key Tasks

  • Strategic Planning & Initiative Orchestration: Support strategic plan development, drive key projects, and remove roadblocks.
  • Operational Cadence & Rhythm: Design and manage operational workflows, prepare executive presentations, and streamline communication.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point for synthesizing and disseminating complex information.
  • Executive Support & Advisory: Advise and prepare the Global Head for meetings and external engagements.
  • Performance Analysis & Problem Solving: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and propose data-focused solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business operations, strategic consulting, or a Chief of Staff role within a global technology company. Demonstrable experience with channel/partner organizations, strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
