Interim Finance Transformation Analyst

Overview

The Interim Finance Transformation Analyst at IFRS Foundation is a 6-month fixed term contract role based in London with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office). Reporting to the Interim Deputy CFO, you will work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors.

Key Initiatives

• Global Payroll Provider Rollout
• Enhanced Financial Reporting via Power BI
• Implementation of a Purchase Order (PO) Tool

Principal Accountabilities

• Project Support & Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking and reporting on project milestones. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Payroll Transformation: Support global rollout, maintain data integrity between HiBob and Business Central, and assist with testing and documentation.
• Power BI Reporting: Collaborate with finance teams to develop dashboards and ensure data accuracy using Power BI.
• PO Tool Rollout: Support tool implementation including process mapping, user training, and change management.
• Change Management & Training: Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops for adoption.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in finance transformation or project-based finance roles.
• Familiarity with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience with payroll, procurement, or ERP-related projects.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; project management exposure preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
