Original Job Summary
Overview
The Interim Finance Transformation Analyst at IFRS Foundation is a 6-month fixed term contract role based in London with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office). Reporting to the Interim Deputy CFO, you will work closely with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors.
Key Initiatives
- Global Payroll Provider Rollout
- Enhanced Financial Reporting via Power BI
- Implementation of a Purchase Order (PO) Tool
Principal Accountabilities
- Project Support & Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking and reporting on project milestones. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Payroll Transformation: Support global rollout, maintain data integrity between HiBob and Business Central, and assist with testing and documentation.
- Power BI Reporting: Collaborate with finance teams to develop dashboards and ensure data accuracy using Power BI.
- PO Tool Rollout: Support tool implementation including process mapping, user training, and change management.
- Change Management & Training: Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops for adoption.
Skills and Attributes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in finance transformation or project-based finance roles.
- Familiarity with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms.
- Proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting and dashboard creation.
- Experience with payroll, procurement, or ERP-related projects.
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; project management exposure preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
