We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to individual habits, delivering immersive content for a personalized fitness journey. We are seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Jr UX Researcher. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Logan, Utah, or remote.

Role Commitments

As a Jr UX Researcher, you will drive the creation of user-first product experiences through usability tests, interviews, and iterative research that shape product outcomes. You will synthesize data into compelling insights, collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders, and advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and Conduct Rapid Iterative Design Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests for new and existing products.
  • Data Synthesis and Analysis: Collect and analyze qualitative data to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Communicate and Present Findings: Create presentations, reports, and artifacts like personas and journey maps to share insights.
  • Strategic Impact and Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and advocate for the user.
  • Participant Recruitment and Tool Proficiency: Develop recruitment strategies and use various research tools effectively.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field with 2+ years of research experience OR 3+ years of equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods is required. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. A Master's degree in HCI or a related field is a plus.
