About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support our Sales Excellence organization during an exciting period of organizational transformation. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations teams to drive operational excellence through data analysis, forecasting, business reporting, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop business forecasts, performance reports, and analytical models to support strategic planning.
  • Create executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting using advanced Excel and reporting tools.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Operations teams to support planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives.
  • Prepare executive business reviews, performance summaries, and presentations for leadership.
  • Monitor revenue trends, operational performance, and key business metrics while providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Support organizational planning and business operations during periods of organizational change.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and implement scalable operational solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear data visualization and executive communication.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Strategy, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, business reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance scorecards.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience supporting budgeting, planning, and business reviews.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work EST business hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations teams.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation or change management initiatives.
