The Gig: Associate Cloud Engineer

As an Associate Cloud Engineer at IDX™, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product development and deployment processes. Your primary focus will be on driving automation, managing CI/CD pipelines, and overseeing cloud infrastructure to ensure the high availability, reliability, and scalability of our production systems. You will support AWS-based environments, contribute to DevOps best practices, and maintain stable 24x7 production workloads through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Configure and manage IIS, Apache, and Nginx web servers on cloud instances.
• Provide production environment support, ensuring high availability, stability, and quick incident resolution.
• Manage and secure Windows and Linux OS environments.
• Automate routine operational tasks using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, Route 53, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS.
• Use the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized log monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using AWS ECS.
• Provide production support in a 24x7 environment, including rotational shifts.

About You:

• 1-2 years of experience in Cloud/DevOps Background.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, Docker, ELK stack.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/on-call shifts.
