The Role
The Client Services Senior Associate serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in Greece. You will manage end-to-end project execution, ensure quality, and drive client satisfaction while supporting account growth within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Account Growth: Act as the main contact for clients and support expanding key accounts.
- Communication & Quality Assurance: Provide updates, manage expectations, escalate issues, and ensure quality of expert submissions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal operations to ensure project execution and timely responses.
- Consultation & Call Coordination: Schedule and coordinate expert consultations and client calls.
- Data & Security Management: Maintain accurate records and adhere to information security policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year experience in client services, excellent verbal/written English, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information. Preferred: Client-facing internship or work experience, creative problem-solving, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
