Portfolio Manager - KCC
IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a dynamic Portfolio Manager to join our Rural Banking team. This role is crucial for maintaining and growing our KCC (Kisan Credit Card) portfolio.
Job Purpose
The primary goal is to ensure excellent portfolio hygiene, manage overdue parameters, and uphold key portfolio matrices. This includes customer retention, enhancing existing customer limits, managing interest servicing, and conducting regular reviews and renewals of customer limits. A key aspect of this role is identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within the KCC customer base.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the KCC Portfolio, ensuring strong portfolio hygiene through effective interest servicing, churning, review, renewal, and enhancement.
- Focus on customer retention and the strategic exit of subpar customers while retaining good credit customers.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Deepen customer relationships by proactively understanding, responding to, and anticipating their future needs and expectations.
- Introduce and implement solutions to clients to build and strengthen an effective portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with Credit, Operations, and Product teams on customer enhancement, retention, and exit strategies.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen relationships and increase the share of wallet.
- Generate New-to-Bank (NTB) leads from existing customers.
