Responsibilities

In the role of Solutions Architect IV, you will serve as a digital identity specialist within IDEMIA’s presales team. You will work alongside a team of subject matter experts covering digital onboarding, eKYC, document authentication, biometric enrollment, verification, and identification.

• Leverage deep digital identity expertise in the North American market.
• Develop and validate formal offers for multiple sectors including public, finance, and telecom.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, product, delivery, and legal teams.
• Review and respond to tenders ensuring offers are well architected and costed.
• Manage pipeline and go-to-market strategies with sales counterparts.

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in digital identity technologies such as eKYC, document authentication, biometric processes, and a comprehensive knowledge of North American market trends. A history of presales excellence, the ability to manage multiple projects, and strong stakeholder collaboration are essential. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with both technical acumen and commercial awareness, capable of handling everything from whiteboarding complex architectures to managing P&L budgets.
