Role Purpose

Ideagen is seeking a commercially minded and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted provider of innovative software solutions to the healthcare and life sciences sector, Ideagen is in an exciting phase of growth. In this key role, you will serve as the primary contact for strategic client accounts, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage and develop account plans for key customer accounts.
  • Oversee contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued partnership.
  • Compile and deliver account reports and revenue forecasts to senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Skills And Experience

Candidates must have proven ability in building strategic relationships, leveraging CRM tools, driving upsell and cross-sell strategies, and crafting tailored value propositions. Experience with data-driven forecasting, analytical reporting, and excellent communication skills is essential.
