About The Role & Team
We're looking for a driven and autonomous Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic international recruiting team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the APAC region, with a particular focus on attracting top talent in Japan. While the core of your responsibilities will involve hiring for critical Data & Analytics and Research positions, you'll also have the opportunity to support recruitment for other diverse and exciting roles within our organization such as Sales, Marketing, Events, and others.
Type of contract: Temporary (1 year contract)
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from intake meetings and role definition to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
- Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging our CRM tool (iCIMS) and maintaining regular communication.
What You Bring
- Fluency in English (spoken and written, at least B2 level) and Japanese is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience with recruitment in Japan (pro-active sourcing as well knowledge of local job boards) is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Autonomous mindset with the ability to manage international time zones and diverse cultural nuances effectively.
