Position Summary
The Sr. Operations Supervisor (Sun-Wed Nights) leads a team in a distribution or warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to company standards, and exceptional customer service. This role oversees daily workflow, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and fosters continuous improvement.

Location & Travel
This is an on-site position with approximately 50% travel.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive annual salary of $75,000-$82,000 plus performance bonus and benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations related to shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control.
- Ensure team compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update training records and certifications (e.g., OSHA).
- Collaborate with management to implement productivity standards, process improvements, and training initiatives.
- Track KPIs and deliver performance results aligned with customer requirements.
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance for hourly associates.
- Resolve operational issues and employee concerns with coaching and performance management.
- Support and lead audits by maintaining documentation and enforcing compliance.
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to legal and internal safety standards.
- Investigate workplace incidents and complete all required reporting.
- Champion safety and quality programs including GMP and 5S initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, supervisory experience in a warehouse, 3PL, or distribution environment, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS systems, familiarity with 5S and safety procedures, experience with ADP or similar, strong communication skills, and proven ability to lead teams of 20+ in a fast-paced operation.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, previous leadership experience with audits and compliance, experience launching new business sites and initiatives, and formal training or certification in lean principles, OSHA safety, or leadership development.
