About the UGC Lead Role

We’re looking for a UGC Lead who lives and breathes user-generated content - someone who can instantly recognize what makes a UGC video convert versus one that simply entertains. You will review raw UGC submissions, identify winning creative angles, and guide creators to produce content that delivers true performance lift for our DTC brands.

Responsibilities

  • Review & Evaluate Raw UGC Footage: Analyze talking shots and B-roll for framing, lighting, pacing, authenticity, emotion, and storytelling flow.
  • Establish & Enforce Creative Standards: Develop clear benchmarks and maintain a UGC quality rubric across multiple verticals.
  • Creator Feedback & Coaching: Provide actionable feedback and communicate with creators and internal teams to meet brand targets.
  • Creative Analysis & Insight: Break down winning ads and collaborate with media and editing teams to scale creative themes.
  • Optimization & Quality Control: Audit submitted content ensuring all meets technical and creative ad readiness requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in creating or reviewing UGC content, strong understanding of direct-response creative principles, and exceptional creative judgment. Excellent communication skills and deep familiarity with UGC ad platforms (TikTok, Meta, Reels, Shorts) are essential.
