Overview

The Site Care Partner - Home Based role at ICON Strategic Solutions is part of the world’s largest clinical research organization. In this role, you are responsible for relationship building and operational oversight of study sites, ensuring smooth study delivery through coordination of communications and resolving issues.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build strong relationships with investigator sites.
• Provide operational oversight and study support for escalated site issues.
• Manage strategies for IP and ancillary supplies throughout study lifecycle.
• Support enrollment efforts and address recruitment challenges.
• Coordinate with local teams for timely country/local registry submissions.

Accompagner les centres d’étude depuis l’activation jusqu’à la clôture. Maintenir une communication régulière pour suivre les progrès et résoudre les problèmes, tout en informant les chercheurs et en guidant l’activation des centres.

You Are

Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Clinical experience including clinical monitoring and study start-up is essential. Proficiency in English is required and local language skills are preferred.

Skills and Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage extensive travel (up to 75%).
• Proven networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships and projects.

What You Must Possess

Demonstrated proficiency in quality and regulatory requirements, methods of clinical trials, and managing study center activations. Must be capable of effective project management and adapting to evolving processes and technologies.
