What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver a global patient recruitment and retention strategy.
  • Partner with feasibility program leads for seamless enrollment planning.
  • Evaluate landscape data, patient journeys, and recruitment tactics.
  • Prepare and execute global patient-facing materials.
  • Present strategy sessions to Clinical Trial Management and Medical teams.
  • Vet and recommend patient recruitment vendors with Vendor Management.
  • Develop KPIs to track strategy impact and contribute to process improvements.
  • Mentor junior staff as needed.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in patient recruitment/retention and clinical trials.
  • Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and drug development.
  • Experience managing third party external service providers.
