Medical Data Reviewer at ICON Strategic Solutions

In the role of Medical Data Reviewer, you will ensure study participants meet the written requirements for Oral Healthcare research studies and conduct clinical reviews and intraoral exams following strict protocols.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Review study protocols and understand study methodology.
  • Document health histories and safety checks in study-specific Case Report Forms.
  • Welcome research participants, guide them through intraoral exam processes and dental screening.
  • Perform intraoral exams per study protocol including screening and safety assessments.
  • Conduct visual dental screenings, take photos, bite registrations and impressions.
  • Prepare teeth whitening trays, deliver in-office whitening procedures and use the 3Shape intraoral scanner.
  • Setup, breakdown, clean, and sterilize clinical instruments and operatory.
  • Provide oversight for dental hygienists/assistants either directly or indirectly.

You Are

  • A licensed dentist working on an hourly, as-needed basis.
  • Able to work on-site in Bothell, WA according to study schedules.
  • Experienced in clinical research (preferred) with Good Clinical Practice training.
