About the Role

Join ICON Strategic Solutions, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, as a Manager, Resource Forecasting & Analytics. This role focuses on driving strategic development, enhancing R&D productivity and operational performance by delivering timely metrics, dashboards and analyses for high profile Pharma projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workload assignment and task distribution for the Metrics & Reporting team.
  • Deliver metrics and analysis per timelines and contractual requirements.
  • Create dashboards and metrics for various business levels.
  • Convert complex data sets into actionable business insights.
  • Communicate analysis findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present findings to ICON Management.
  • Maintain and evolve FTE and cost forecasting algorithms.
  • Manage and improve the R&D time tracking system and related training materials.
  • Ensure data reliability, integrity and proper resource assignment.
  • Drive evolution of analytic methods and reporting to meet changing customer needs.

What You Are

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analytics or resource management.
  • Academic background in science, business administration or IT/data science.
  • Experience in clinical development, biopharma R&D or business data analysis preferred.
  • Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills; expertise in Planisware is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision and fluent in English.
