Overview
The Manager, Learning & Development at ICON Strategic Solutions is part of the regulatory team working on high profile Pharma projects. The role involves developing and implementing global training and educational courses in support of clinical research, medical, safety and regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities
As the training development lead, you will:
- Manage courseware development including design, publishing, testing and deployment.
- Provide technical and instructional design expertise for global training programs.
- Oversee project management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with business lines and Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs.
- Develop metrics, performance measures, and manage budgets for training projects.
- Ensure courses use innovative methodologies for delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Key qualifications include:
- Extensive experience in instructional design and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and technical training programs.
- Experience in Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory environments.
- Hands-on skills with LMS administration, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and course development products like Articulate and Storyline.
- Relevant academic background with BS/ MS/ D./PharmD/ MD degrees coupled with industry experience.
