  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements.
  • Support clinical team in grant pricing, planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Project Management for site start up.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in contracts.
  • Maintain accurate contract files and database entries.

Qualifications

1-3 years of contracts experience, Bachelor’s Degree and JD required, fluency in English, and familiarity with clinical and service industry contracts. Experience in negotiation, project management, or sales is preferred.
