Overview

The Contract Analyst - Clinical Trials role at ICON Strategic Solutions is pivotal in advancing patient care through the acceleration of drug and device development. The role involves partnering with one of the world’s premier biopharmaceutical companies to manage contracts for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with internal policies and ICH-GCP regulations.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary contact negotiator with investigative sites for study related contracts.
  • Maintain active communication with internal and external partners throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Review and negotiate terms, conditions, and budgets for various contracts.
  • Prepare contract amendments, notes to files, and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain status trackers and study documentation for contract start-up and close-out.

You Are

  • Experienced in a CRO/pharmaceutical environment negotiating clinical trial agreements.
  • Fluent in English and local language with exemplary communication skills.
  • Organized, with excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to continuous development.
