Role Overview
The Business Information Associate II will create high-quality, sales-focused informational documents for internal and external RFIs, enhance existing content procedures, and maintain ICON’s global information systems.
- Analyze external RFIs and establish response criteria.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in ICON information.
- Prepare timely RFI responses and collaborate across teams.
- Support proposal development and maintain ICON’s metrics library.
- Create innovative pre-RFP sales material and liaise with clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Work with global proposal developers, schedule RFI kick-off calls when needed, and assist with maintaining the project database. Support training initiatives and other departmental projects with occasional travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in science, business, technology, or equivalent experience required. A strong understanding of clinical research, excellent writing, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills are a must.
