The candidate will join the R&D department of the Technical Directorate and will be responsible for designing components for heating, air conditioning, and water distribution systems. This role involves performing FEM (structural, thermal, linear, and non-linear) and CFD (fluid dynamics, thermal, transient, multiphase) analyses, including modeling and preparing the necessary technical drawings.Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Excellent knowledge of technical drawing.
- Proficiency in designing and developing new mechanical components, with a focus on functional and constructive aspects.
- Ability to create and manage complex assemblies in a CAD environment.
- Good knowledge of FEM and CFD numerical calculations.
- Good knowledge of mechanical component verification and design methods.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Good knowledge of the main Office application packages.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:- Degree in Engineering (preferably Aerospace or Mechanical). Senior profiles with relevant experience in valves or related technical fields will also be considered.
- Ability to work with both 3D and 2D CAD software.
- Basic knowledge of PPAP processes and FMEA methodologies is a plus for industrialization and quality verification activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork aptitude, proactivity, and solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
