Overview

As Director of Product Management in Applied AI Engineering at Icertis, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of AI-driven product initiatives on the contract intelligence platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap by translating customer pain points into data-driven strategies and quarterly OKRs.
  • Ship impactful features by creating PRDs/epics and driving end-to-end execution.
  • Drive AI innovation evaluating LLMs, vector DBs, RAG patterns, and agentic workflows through rapid POCs.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer via discovery interviews and usage data analysis.
  • Measure success using defined metrics, dashboards, and experiments to optimize outcomes.
  • Enable sales with compelling positioning, demos, and enablement content.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with execs, Legal, Security, and Finance to align decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management with 2+ years in AI/ML or data-platform features.
  • Proven success launching products for Fortune 500 or large-enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical expertise in embeddings, model fine-tuning, APIs, and cloud architecture.
  • Business acumen with experience building ROI cases and sizing TAM.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, A/B testing, and cohort analyses.
  • Excellent communication and narrative crafting for executive buy-in.
  • Bias for action, ownership and willingness to travel (~15%).
  • BS/BA in CS, Engineering, or a quantitative field; MBA/MS a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $200K to $300K, with additional equity and bonus components.
